The Ortiz family has been in the construction field since 1979 performing grading and concrete services residentially and commercially. Over the years, we have built a reputation of excellence and assembled a TEAM to provide quality work from your backyards to your 20+ acre site developments. Our experience has provided us with the attention to detail, efficiency and an understanding of our customer’s needs, making us the industry standard in grading, demolition and engineering. Our focus of cooperation and team work with our customers allows us to complete projects correctly the 1st time; helping you save money, stay on schedule and above all, complete your work safely from start to finish so our team and yours make it home to our loved ones. As the industry changes we have changed with it, providing our services with the environment in mind. We are continually upgrading our equipment to comply with all AQMD requirements and are operating under compliance with California state laws doing our part to GO GREEN. As our team has grown we have branched into two divisions: Ortiz Tractor Service & Ortiz Construction Services
Our Grading and Demolition Division, Ortiz Tractor Service, is fully licensed in Engineering and Grading. Our licenses include: A, C-8, and C-12. We begin with cutting edge estimation software that utilizes “High Density Cell and Grid” method of calculations, providing us with the most accurate quantities possible. Once we mobilize on your projects we provide you with efficient talented labor, a fleet of well-maintained trucks and heavy equipment as well as our fast paced work ethic that’s unmatched.
Ortiz Construction Services holds licenses in General Engineering (A), Concrete (C-8) and Earthwork/Paving (C-12) and specializes in concrete and asphalt repairs and construction. Our concrete services range from minor repairs to large scale demolition and construction of streets, sidewalks, driveways and curb and gutter as well as decorative concrete and pavers. Our asphalt services range from grinding and patching back to full depth pavement reconstruction as well as slurry seal and line striping. We can assist you from start to finish with consulting, designing, planning and construction of any A.D.A (Americans with Disabilities Act) codes and specifications to stay up to code with your property’s public accessibility.
